Denise Richards the Liar! At least that’s what the e-loids are reporting today. It seems that Denise Richards, has been on multiple talk shows pushing her new reality tv show. She says that she needs work because she has bills just like everyone else, and needs to money to take care of her kids, as a single mom. Denise Richards, the liar also says that she takes care of her own children and does not want them raised by a nanny, when she in fact employs two of them. It seems that Denise Richards the Liar is also pulling in a meager 40 million dollars from her 3 year marriage, not to mention that the new show will bring in more than 500 grand. " Extra " has done a little investigation, and found out a whole lot more about Denise Richards the Liar!!!

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen have been fighting it out for some time after their divorce and now the Child custody battle is really heating up. With fingers being pointed, names being called, we all have to sit back and wonder if either Denise Richards or Charlie Sheen will walk out of this battle with their movie career still in tact.

Now that Denise Richards is back in the spotlight because of her issues with Charlie Sheen (again and again and again), it seems like a good time to share these photos of the beautiful (but very bitchy) actress. What a shame that such a hot babe has such a bad temper. Of course, I would still do her… as long as she’s tied up, don’t wanna get scratched!

Denise Richards is back at it, and this time, on papers filed on Tuesday at the LA courthouse, she asks the court to terminate Sheen’s overnight privileges with the couple’s two daughters (ages 2 and 3), claiming that her ex-husband still exhibits "inappropriate behavior.. and conduct," including "his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts." That’s some serious shyte!

As a response, Charlie Sheen released the following statement this morning:

"Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she OWNS our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does."

In addition, Sheen’s lawyer told Hollywood Access, "Virtually all of these allegations were previously raised and were denied by Mr. Sheen. The parties have been operating under a existing custody agreement for more than a year, and during that period of time there was no attempt to resurrect any these allegations until Mr. Sheen requested the right to select his own child care provider."

Regarding Sheen’s new fiance, Brooke Mueller, Denise Richards claims that the couple did not tell Richards and Sheen’s children about his plans to marry, but they find out from a TV interview. Richards claims that Sheen and Mueller told her they "did it for the press… he wanted to get the cover of People and Us magazine." She also quotes alleged emails from Mueller where she apologizes for Sheen’s tirades against Richards. "I truly believe he is acting like this…because he is upset about the engagement…Please don’t take anything he said personally. He’s just hurt and reacting with anger," the alleged e-mail states.

The filing also includes a declaration from Richards’ nanny Diana Alvarez, which also fires off some sordid claims against Sheen. In her declaration, Alvarez claims she has witnessed Sheen hit the family dogs, and also claims the couple’s daughter Sam has told her Sheen has threatened to hit her.

What is so wrong with that? I spank my dog with a rolled newspaper when he pees in the house (don’t blame me, my vet told me to do it), and I threaten my son to spank him if he pulls the dog’s tail, and nobody is filling papers against me in court. But then again, I’m not rich or famous (unfortunately).
