Lindsay Lohan seems pretty happy for not being under the influence. And she’s trying to make us happy as well by not wearing a bra. Or at least hopeful!

Two months ago, Paris Hilton filed suit against Hallmark for misappropriating her image and invading her privacy with the release and sale of a postcard with her name, face and even "trademarked phrase". In the complaint filed in U.S. District court, Hilton is seeking $500,000 in damages and a permanent injunction against the greeting card company. Yesterday, Hallmark responded to the lawsuit basically telling her to stick it.

"Hilton has become a household name, based in large part on her efforts to draw attention to herself. Having done so, she has subjected herself to public scrutiny and the parodist’s pen. The First Amendment does not allow her to respond by welcoming the fawning and flattering, but silencing the critical and comical."

Well done, Hallmark! Paris has been monkeying around, screwing everything that moves (and some things that don’t), and now she expects her name not be used on a card? Give me a break!

Lost’s Sawyer, played by Josh Holloway, was recently in Men’s Health magazine, and since I know lots of you gals love him, here are the pictures from that issue. Vanessa Hudgens is seeking dismissal of a lawsuit filed in September, alleging she owes her attorney $150,000. The High School Musica star says she was only 16 when she signed the deal, so it doesn’t hold up! In his suit, attorney Brian Schall claims he helped Hudgens earn more than $5 million by advancing her funds for her songwriting and recording career.

TMZ reports: Court papers filed Monday by Hudgens’ lawyer, Evan N. Spiegel, say California’s Family Code “provides that the contract of a minor is voidable and may be disaffirmed before (age 18) or within a reasonable time afterward” — essentially, Vanessa was too young to sign the deal. The contract in question was initially signed in October of 2005, and Hudgens officially disaffirmed the contract on October 9, according to court documents. A copy of a two-paragraph letter from Hudgens to Schall nullifying their agreement is attached to her court papers, as is a copy of her birth certificate, which states that she was born December 14, 1988. The court papers also say the agreement was with the law offices of Schall, not with Schall himself.

Hmmm… she’s old enough to make millions, but she’s not old enough to pay, give me a break!

Actress Jessica Alba regrets accepting blockbuster movie roles and vows to dedicate her time to more “meaningful” film parts. The Fantastic Four star is fed up of competing for the best parts in Hollywood and is now only willing to work on smaller projects.

She says, “I’ve definitely had to fight in the film industry and I’m going to change a lot of things in my career. I’m waiting to just do little movies with meaning to me with great directors. “That’s going to be my driving force now. It’s totally different.”

I wouldn’t mind seeing Jessica Alba in something smaller… like a thong, may be.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attended the Arclight premiere of “Lions for Lambs” as part of AFI FEST 2007 in Hollywood last night, and wow, she looked delicious, like she is actually alive again. It must be all that scientology that keeps people looking bright and young (and in good shape after having a baby). I should join my neighborhood’s local scientology cell, may be I’ll start looking hot!

The Spice Girls debuted their new video this afternoon on The Today Show website. It’s been a long time waiting for these hot British chicks to get together and now that they finally have made it a reality, its obvious that girl power is back! And so are Ginger’s boobies, thank goodness…

Now that’s messed up. And suspicious… Why would you retire from a career where you’re making millions of dollars a year just because of being accused of using drugs, if you’re innocent? In that case, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton would’ve retired… oh, no, wait, there weren’t innocent either. It’s like my girlfriend accussing me of cheating and me dumping her just because she’s jealous. Not a good comparison either. I did dump one of my ex-girlfriends because she accussed me of banging my roommate’s sister. The fact that I was indeed banging her had nothing to do with it… I was simply fed up with her!
